Refund policy

Return Policy Effective for Purchases Made on or after 3/18/25:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for refund in the form of store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  There is a return shipping cost of $10 that will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale Items, Seasonal/Holiday Items, Outlet Items and Gift Cards and non-refundable.


Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or different item, please make your request at info@aspenandjames.com.  The item you'd like will be held while we wait for your returned item to arrive.  The 7-day return window applies to exchanges.


Refunds
Refunds will not be made to the original form of payment.  Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit and linked to the email address on file.
